Bio-KGvec2go is a semantic resource consisting of knowledge graph embeddings trained currently on 2 different biomedical knowledge graphs - Gene Ontology (GO) and Human Phenotype Ontology (HP).
The embeddings can be downloaded or explored in our Web UI.
